Well, we finally caved in to all the pressure, all the hype, and all the buzz. . . we rented our first set of episodes - and, as the movie dude handed us our rental and commented, "we'll see you for disc two" - - -I had to wonder, wow, will this be, yet another addiction?
Well, the first episode didn't really impress me . . . I'll give it some time - does it get better?

It gets sooooo much better! I've seen Season 1, 4 & 5, and so far I like 4 the best. If you can handle the violence, then it's a great series
We've resisted 24 with all our might thus far (successfully!), considering we feel guilty after watching tv and can't afford an addiction.
But...that said, from all those junkies out there, I hear the first episode is very different from all the others, and substantially less impressive.
Hmm . . . still hanging in there. Episode 2 wasn't much better. . . but I am holding on!
ok, if you're not into 24, mames, you guys hav'ta see Lost! joe and i are hooked on it now, and the third season will be starting in October i think. but unfortunately, you absolutely have to see it from season 1, cause it's one continuous story that doesn't end till season 4 or 5. and then it's all over and your life can go back to normal. it's way better than 24, and we love 24! (though keifer is just the best) :)
