Well, after a great deal of consideration and prayer, we feel like God has a different plan in store for us for a house. As much as we really liked this place that I mentioned a couple posts ago, it would be a little bit of a strain on us, and we feel like we would not be able to do it justice. By saying this, I mean that if we did go ahead and buy it, we would want a list of upgrades that would help it to sell later. . . this factor, and a few other things have been on our minds lately, and we have decided to let it go and trust that God will lead us.
Though I am emotional about letting it go, I feel such a peace about it. The picture of Christ holding us in His Hand seems to fit this situation especially.
Our next step? Back to 'Square One', in a sense. This time, we are going to find a good realtor to help us. The good news is that this is such an exciting time of our lives, and we are pretty sure about what area we would like to live in now. :)

ps- your noni wrote us a letter...she's SO sweet! she mentioned that they were going to visit stephen and rachel in May. is that when all of you are going? we are seriously thinking about flying out at the same time as all of you, so do you know the dates y'all are thinking of?

I know exactly how it feels to have that "perfect" house pulled out from under you, but the result is finding something even better, as you already know.
